Day 5: Ciao Villa Casavecchia

After a few glorious days in Cascais, Portugal, we woke up bright and early to fly to Bologna. As you can tell from my travel companions, it was an early morning. 

  

While we were flying, Conor, Marlene and the kids were spending their first day in Europe!

And… Johan and Mandy were trekking down a dirt road in the heat with their luggage… 

 

Slowly but surely, we all made it to our home away from home.

We can’t wait to spend the week celebrating with an amazing crew, that somehow we convinced to fly halfway around the world. Luckily, there are two pools to help recover from jet lag.
